Lavin & Waldon, P.C. was founded in 1993 by Steven H. Lavin and Dennis C. Waldon. Previously, Mr. Lavin was the managing partner, chairman of the executive committee, corporate department director and marketing and development director for a prominent over 70 year old mid-size Chicago law firm for which Mr. Waldon served as director of the litigation department.

Lavin & Waldon, P.C. provides legal representation for your corporate and individual interests with an emphasis on personalized attention, accessibility, and timely results. The attorneys in the firm have broad-based experience in a wide variety of commercial and financial transactions and settings, as well as extensive accomplishments in resolving disputes through negotiations, at trial, and in appellate courts, arbitrations and administrative hearings.
